Why organisers switch to tickts

Zero-fee on both sides

tickts adds nothing at checkout and takes nothing from your gate.

Paid in real time

Ticketlab holds your money until after the event, then pays out by bank transfer (typically ~2 weeks). On tickts the money lands in your own Stripe account the moment a ticket sells. You decide when Stripe pays out to your bank.

You keep control of the money

Because takings go straight to your own account, refunds, chargebacks, and cashflow are yours to manage. No platform sitting between you and your buyers' money.

No catch, no commission tier

We make money from optional paid plans for organisers who want advanced features (analytics, CRM, email campaigns). Buyer fees and commission stay at zero on every plan, including the free Starter.

Optional refund protection for fans

At checkout your fans can add TicketPlan refund protection and claim the ticket price back if they cannot attend for a covered reason. It is optional, never pre-ticked, and the premium never touches your payout.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. The booking fee is zero for buyers AND commission is zero for organisers on every primary sale. The price on the ticket is the price the buyer pays. Your organiser account connects to your own Stripe or PayPal and the takings land there directly. It comes out of the ticket price, so buyers pay exactly the price on the ticket.

tickts offers a free Starter plan that covers what most organisers need. For organisers who want advanced features (analytics, email campaigns, CRM, higher event limits), we offer optional paid Growth and Pro plans. Buyer fees stay at zero on every plan.
